Phoenix is proud to use Therap. Therap Services, LLC. is a web-based service
organization that provides an integrated solution for documentation and
communication needs of agencies providing support to people with disabilities,
especially developmental disabilities. It offers an easy and efficient alternative
to the immense amount of paper work that is done manually by the care
provider.
Blue Cross and Blue Shield Oklahoma
Phoenix offers its employees who work a minimum of twenty-four hours a week
health care insurance from Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Qualifying employees are
eligible for reduced rates if they qualify for the Insure Oklahoma Program visit
www.insureoklahoma.net for participation guidelines to see if you qualify.

College of Direct Support
Phoenix subscribes to the College of Direct Support, an online training tool
that helps our employees learn so that can provide premier services to our
developmentally disabled customers. When you become an employee of
Phoenix Residential Services, you will be given a user name and password so
you can start learning at your own pace.
The College of Direct Support (CDS) curriculum provides carefully designed
training in the areas that have been identified as most important in the
work done by Direct Support Professionals across disabilities. This also
holds true for the College of Frontline Management and Supervision (CFSM),
which is part of the CDS. All of the high-quality instructional training is
available on the Internet, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week - accessible
anytime, anywhere. Learners participate in the training at the times and places
that are bestsuited for them.
ANCOR - American Network of Community Options and Resources
A nonprofit trade association representing private providers who provide
supports and services to people with disabilities. ANCOR is distinguished in this
industry by its balance of leading practices resources and advocacy for
member agencies and the people and families they serve and support.

AFP is a formal partnership of leading organizations serving the developmental
disabilities field that share a common vision- to help create a better and more
fulfilling quality of life for people with developmental disabilities. AFP was
created in this vision and the hope that through the diversity of our many
